TECHNIQUES AND/OR INSTRUCTIONAL INFORMATION IN ANY FOWLAZULE L.L.C. COURSE AND/OR PURCHASED SERVICE. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROSECUTION.

  • Once purchased, you agree that the FOWLAZULE L.L.C service and/or goods, including but not limited to FOWLAZULE L.L.C products, graphics, audio clips, video clips, video course material, video readings and written readings, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by FOWLAZULE L.L.C, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Service in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, share to unauthorized individuals, or create derivative works based on the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the FOWLAZULE L.L.C.
