Annual You’re With The Shifts will be generated for the date 90 days after booking and a quarter’s (12 months) worth of guidance will be sent by that 90th days after purchasing. Example: You purchase an Annual You’re With The Shifts on October 15th, your Annual You’re With The Shifts Analysis will be sent to you by December 15th of the current year and will consist of the months of January - December of the following year. Quarterly You’re With The Shifts will be generated for the date 30 days after booking and a quarter’s (4 months) worth of guidance will be sent by that 30th days after purchasing. Example: You purchase a Quarterly You’re With The Shifts on October 30th, your Quarterly You’re With The Shifts Analysis will be sent to you on December 30th and will consist of the months of December of the current year and January - March of the following year. Monthly You’re With The Shifts will be generated for the date 30 days after booking and a month’s worth of guidance will be sent by that 30th days after purchasing. Example: You purchase a Monthly You’re With The Shifts on October 2nd, your Monthly You’re With The Shifts Analysis will be sent to you on November 2nd and will consist of the month of December of the current year. Weekly You’re With The Shifts will be generated for the date 14 days after booking and a week’s worth of guidance will be sent by that 14th days after purchasing. Example: You purchase a Weekly You’re With The Shifts on Wednesday, October 13th, your Weekly You’re With The Shifts Analysis will be sent to you on November 1st and will consist of the week of November 1st-5th. If you would like a particular year, quarter, month or week, please request those dates in the Birth Date, Place & Time Info Box.

TECHNIQUES AND/OR INSTRUCTIONAL INFORMATION IN ANY FOWLAZULE L.L.C. COURSE AND/OR PURCHASED SERVICE. ANY VIOLATIONS OF THIS PURCHASE AGREEMENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO LEGAL PROSECUTION.

• Once purchased, you agree that the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Service, including but not limited to FOWLAZULE L.L.C products, graphics, audio clips, video clips, video course material, video readings and written readings, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by FOWLAZULE L.L.C, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Service in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, share to unauthorized individuals, or create derivative works based on the FOWLAZULE L.L.C Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the FOWLAZULE L.L.C. Service in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by releasing or distribution of proprietary information and material that is owned by FOWLAZULE L.L.C.
